Discount Hotel Card and Book*

The discount hotel card and book program includes a listing of participating properties that will extend a 50% discount off the standard, non-discounted rack rate to program cardholders. A book and card is included in your membership materials.

Cardholder Reservation and Check in Procedure

1. When placing a reservation or checking in, members must produce cardholder identification or the discount will not apply.
2. Cardholders receive 50% off the standard, non-discounted rack rate.
3. Reservations are on a space available basis. Reservations will be accepted until the hotel projects 85% occupancy for the date(s) requested.
4. Reservations are recommended and may be made as far in advance as you wish for a majority of the hotels. Some hotels will limit how far in advance they will accept reservations for the discount program – these will be noted in your discount hotel book.
5. Reservations must be placed directly with the hotel (use only hotel telephone numbers published in the directory). The applicable discount is for one room per card.
6. The card must be presented at check-in.
7. The card is for identification purposes only. It is not a credit card.

How to Use

1. To receive your hotel book, simply fill out this form. Please include a $5.95 processing fee (retail price $99.00).
